Tender Details

The subject of the contract is the collection, handling, transportation and recovery or disposal of municipal waste from the municipality of Hrochoť from residents of family housing and from legal entities (economic entities) from their non-economic activities, namely mixed municipal waste, waste catalog number 200301, 200307, 200125 - Table no. 2 List of waste containing harmful substances, including recovery or disposal from containers of the type 110 l, 240 l, 1100 l and including all containers and large-volume containers (based on the request of the public contracting authority) with contaminated separately collected components of municipal waste ond permissible level of pollution according to § 59 par. 9 of Act No. 79/2015 Coll. on waste and on amendments and additions to certain laws.

The public contracting authority reserves the right to change the item Estimated quantity in the unit of measurement in the relevant year within the framework of the performance of the contract.

The public contracting authority may at the MSW landfillplace a smaller amount of MSW than the expected annual amount of MSW through the Supplier. At the same time, the customer can annually place a larger amount of MSW than the expected annual amount at the MSW landfill through the Supplier
