The subject of the order includes the collection, transport and processing of stabilized municipal sewage sludge, sand from screen sand traps and screenings produced at the Oarowice sewage treatment plant in the scope of: placing a container at the place of storage of stabilized municipal sewage sludge, sand and screenings at the sewage treatment plant in Oarowice at ul. Tarnogrska 67, collection, transport to the place of business along with processing, handing over the waste covered by the order to the Contractor by the Ordering Party will result in the transfer of responsibility for the waste to the Contractor, the Ordering Party does not allow the recovery of municipal sewage sludge through its use within the meaning of Art. 96 of the Waste Act. The order must be made in accordance with the provisions of the Waste Act of December 14, 2012 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1587, as amended) and the Environmental Protection Law of April 27, 2001 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 647, as amended) and implementing provisions to these acts.
