The subject of the order is the successive collection and further management of textile waste (waste code 20 01 11) from the Municipal I nstal t ation Sort ion, address: ul. Przemysowa 61, 13 200 Dziadowo. The offered waste management method must be consistent with the applicable legal provisions and recovery processes specified, among others, in Annex No. 1 to the Act of December 14, 2012 on waste (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1587, as amended) Estimated the amount of waste that will be transferred to the Contractor during the term of the contract will be no more than 200 Mg (subject to the possibility of transferring a smaller amount during the term of the contract, but not less than 120 Mg). Actual amount transferred to waste management according to the needs of the Ordering Party. The Contractor cannot make any claims for a reduction in the amount of collected waste.
