The order is divided into 3 parts - The subject of the order is the successive acceptance, transport and development of the premises the process of recovery or recycling of waste with code 19 12 10 from the Disposal Plant Municipal Waste in Zawiercie at ul. Podmiejskiej 53. Waste with code 19 12 10 - combustible waste (alternative fuel) generated in a mechanical processing installation large-sized waste in an estimated amount of 3000 Mg (3 x 1000 Mg). Part I •The subject of the order is the successive collection, transport and management in the process of recovery or recycling of waste with code 19 12 10 from the Municipal Waste Disposal Plant in Zawiercie at ul. Podmiejska 53. •Waste code 19 12 10 - combustible waste (alternative fuel) generated in the installation mechanical processing of large-sized waste in an estimated amount of 1, 000 Mg. •The offered method of providing the service in the field of collection, transport and management of waste with code 19 12 10 must be consistent with the applicable regulations in this regard law and recovery processes specified in Annex No. 1 to the Act of December 14, 2012 - on waste (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1587). •Waste collection will be carried out by transport organized by the Contractor and at his sole expense. •Szacunkowa the amount of waste with code 19 12 10 during the order execution period will be 1000Mg. received successively throughout the duration of the contract.
