1. The subject of the order is the collection, transport and management of waste code 150102 - plastic packaging from the installation area Komunalna in Gwiazdowo, commune Sławno in the amount of approx. 2, 400.00 Mg
2. A detailed description, scope and conditions of the subject of the order required by the Ordering Party constituting the subject of the service and the method of execution of the order are included in the Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ), constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ.

5. Ordering Party reserves the right to change the amount of waste specified in the OPZ. The amount of waste may decrease or increase, depending on the needs of the Ordering Party. Change the amount of waste causes a change in the Contractor's final remuneration. Failure to complete the entire scope of the order may not give rise to any claims on the part of the Contractor against the Ordering Party.
6.Waste sent for disposal will be transported by the Contractor at his expense. Performer will be obliged to collect waste from the Ordering Party on working days from 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., these are the working hours of the Municipal Installation in Gwiazdow.
