The subject of the order is to provide services in the field of collection, transport and management of waste code 10 01 03 (fly ash from peat and non-chemically treated wood) generated at the Kortowo BIO Heating Plant located at ul. Słoneczna 46 in Olsztyn.2. Waste collection will be carried out from the heating plant area (Olsztyn, ul. Słoneczna 46) at 7:00-14:00 on working days from Monday to Friday. The exact date of waste collection will be agreed by phone or via e-mail.3. When implementing the subject of the order, the Contractor is obliged to apply the provisions of the Act of April 27, 2001, Environmental Protection Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 647) and the Act of December 14, 2012 on waste (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023 pos. 1587 as amended amended).4.The Contractor bears full responsibility for proper waste management, in accordance with applicable law.5.From the moment of collecting waste from the Ordering Party - the Contractor bears full responsibility for the consequences of unlawful waste management, as well as the effects of waste entering the environment during transport.
