Collection from Transfer Stations and waste management with codes 17 09 04 and 17 01 07 The subject of the order is the service of collection and management of construction waste with the following codes: a. 17 09 04 (mixed waste from construction, renovation and dismantling other than listed in 17 09 01, 17 09 02 and 17 09 03) originating from residential properties and PSZOK points, resulting from construction works carried out by natural persons who are not entrepreneurs (including the legally required sorting of waste at least for: wood, metals, glass, plastics, plaster and mineral waste (including concrete, brick, tiles, ceramic materials and stones) and b. 17 01 07 (mixed waste from concrete, brick rubble, waste ceramic materials and equipment other than those mentioned in 17 01 06) coming from residential properties and PSZOK points, created as a result of construction works carried out by natural persons who are not entrepreneurs. 2. The waste covered by the order will be transferred in a way that ensures the transfer of responsibility for waste management to the next waste holder. 3. The quantities of waste intended for collection and management are divided into a basic order and an order covered by the option referred to in art. 441 section 1 of the Public Procurement Law.
