Background and purpose The agreement shall include collection of all outstanding claims the municipality has in the areas mentioned below, after we have sent an invoice, and payment has not been received within the originally set due date. The debt collection must be carried out in a professional and professional manner, in accordance with existing rules and good debt collection practices. We expect an effective collection which, to the greatest extent possible, must be pre-judicial. We currently have an agreement on collection services with Fair Collection. This means that in the event of a change of supplier, the agreement will only cover new cases after the agreement has entered into force. The following municipal service areas are covered by the collection assignment: The municipality's rent collection Municipal taxes (incl. property tax) Payment for a place in kindergarten and after-school care Health and care services Parking The library Other requirements (other fixed and variable invoicing) Brief about the procurement Horten municipality wishes to enter into a multi-year contract for collection services.
