Description of the services to be performed: Collection of samples and laboratory tests for hydrocarbon coatings, cement concrete and related materials as well as road tests in general in the territory of the Charleroi Roads Department. The services take place on the road and motorway network under SOFICO (i.e. the structuring network), in which the territorial management of Charleroi or another intervenes. road management (as part of anonymized tests).
