Collection Objection and Appeal Procedure Procurement through the European open procedure in accordance with the amended Procurement Act 2012. Client The client for this tender is the Municipality of Breda. For more information about the Municipality Breda, we refer you to the municipality's website: www.breda.nl. Assignment One of the tasks of the municipality is parking enforcement. The municipality of Breda carries out this enforcement itself. Scan cars have been used since 2019. Be hereby additional tax assessments are issued. These additional taxes must be collected. This request concerns the imposition and collection of additional tax assessments issued by the municipality for both Dutch and foreign license plates. More is possible objections can be raised against these additional assessments. The handling of these objections and the handling of any subsequent appeals are also part of this assignment. The figures for 2024 are indicative.
