The subject of the contract is continuous and uninterrupted (according to the schedule of municipal waste collection and the municipal waste collection frequency determined by the Employer), the collection and transport of municipal waste from the Zgorzelec rural commune, within 24 months, starting from 01 July on July 12025.
The subject of the contract includes, in particular:
1) equipping property owners with waste collection containers,
2) collecting municipal waste,
3) collecting construction and demolition waste, furniture and other large -scale waste in the individual system,
4) waste collectionmunicipal from places not intended for their storage and storage
5) receiving expired drugs from containers located at pharmacies and health centers,
6) service and organization of selective collection points of municipal waste collection (Pszokow),
7) providing all collected from the areaRural Commune Zgorzelec municipal waste to the regional municipal waste processing installation in Lubań,
8) developing a municipal waste collection schedule,
9) keeping documentation related to the activities covered by the subject of the contract./ sorting municipal waste, collected from residents from 01.07.2025 to 30.06.2027 is 2, 900 mg.
b. The amount of mixed/ sorting municipal waste, collected from real estate uninhabited from 01.07.2025. until 30.06.2027 is 200 mg....
