The subject of the order includes: 1) collection of municipal waste from property owners inhabited, including single-family and multi-family buildings, uninhabited real estate covered by the municipal waste management system, i.e. where no residents live and municipal waste is generated, in relation to real estate: - which are partly real estate where residents live, and partly real estate where no residents live and municipal waste is generated - in the scope of the uninhabited part, excluding real estate constituting premises gastronomic, - on which there is a summer house or other properties used for recreational and leisure purposes, - where the activities of the Gryfów Śląski Commune and Town Office and other...
