1. The subject of the order is a service consisting in the collection of municipal waste from the facilities of the Ministry of Interior and Administration. This waste will be collected in containers provided by the Contractor, located in uninhabited properties located in Warsaw. 2. The description of the Subject of the Order containing a list of objects, numbers, types and capacity of waste bins/containers and the frequency of waste collection constitutes Appendix No. 1 to the draft Agreement, hereinafter referred to as OPZ. 3. Waste collection will take place periodically, frequency specified in the OPZ and in accordance with the waste collection schedule, containing a detailed list of days and hours of waste collection for individual locations, as well as deadlines for washing and disinfecting all containers. The schedule referred to in the sentence first, will be agreed between the Parties at the stage of execution of the Agreement, provided that the Contractor presents it to the Ordering Party no later than 5 days from the conclusion of the Agreement. 4.
