1. The subject of the order is the provision of a service consisting in collecting municipal waste from owners of real estate where residents live and from owners of real estate where no residents live and municipal waste is generated. from the area of ​​the City and Commune of Prabuty. 2. The service referred to in point 1 also covers the collection and collection of municipal waste collected at a selective municipal waste collection point and the operation of this point. 3. From the area of ​​the City and Commune of Prabuty in the years 2022 - 2025, the following amounts of waste were collected on average annually: 2, 140 Mg of mixed municipal waste; 130 Mg of paper and cardboard; 194 Mg of glass; 307 Mg of plastics, multi-material packaging and metal packaging; 225 Mg of bulky waste; 637 Mg of biodegradable waste; 160 Mg of construction and demolition waste and 193 Mg of ashes and slags 4. It is estimated that in the period from July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2030, on properties where residents live and uninhabited properties where municipal waste is generated, approximately 2, 250 Mg of mixed municipal waste and approximately 2, 250 Mg of separately collected waste will be generated annually. 5.
