1) The City Government of Cagayan de Oro, through the Non-Office: OMOE 2026, intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Eighty Million 00/100 Pesos (PhP180, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Collection, Hauling, and Disposal Operation of Municipal Solid Waste including Street Sweeping in Cagayan de Oro City under PR No. 26-1016 dated 10 March 2026; SN 91-2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
