framework agreement with single-award purchase orders for the collection of bio-waste from bin shelters distributed over the territory in a scalable manner from April 2026 to March 2028, renewable once for 1 year, and to transport it to the waste treatment site green and food products from S3Tec located in Guignen (35). SMICTOM Sud-Est 35 manages the supply and maintenance of collection equipment (bin shelters, access control, collection bins).
The service consists of weekly collection of bio-waste bins from bin shelters and wash the present tray or replace it with a clean one.
