Collection and transport of municipal waste from owners of residential properties (single-family and multi-family buildings) and uninhabited properties, in accordance with Resolution No. XXXIV.340.2021 of the Ełk City Council of September 29, 2021 on the collection of municipal waste from property ownersreal estate where residents do not live and municipal waste is generated, who have not opted out of the municipal system of municipal waste management under the principles arising from the Act of September 13, 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities located within the administrative boundariesof the Ełk Commune. Transport of municipal waste to the Waste Disposal Plant in Siedliska near Ełk (Siedliska 77, 19-300 Ełk), run by Przedsiębiorstwo Gospodarki Odpadami "Eko-MAZURY" Sp. z o. o. in Siedliska.

Estimated amount of waste to be collected during the order execution periodenia: 45, 040.00 Mg.

The Ordering Party does not take into account the projected impact of the deposit system in the estimated data.
