The subject of the order is the collection and recovery of waste code 19 12 12, i.e. other waste (including mixed substances and objects) from mechanical waste treatment other than those mentioned in 19 12 11, originating from Zakład Zadrożowania Odpadów Sierzno Sp. z o. o. 2. Waste covered by this order must be transported, a then managed in the Contractor's installations that have decisions allowing the processing of this waste in the recovery process, in a manner consistent with applicable legal provisions in this regard and the recovery processes specified in Annex No. 1 to the Act of December 14, 2012 on waste (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1587, as amended). 3. Waste collection will be carried out by transport organized by the Contractor and at his expense, also in terms of transport costs, transport insurance and unloading. 4. The amount of waste with code 19 12 12 is up to 8, 000 Mg during the term of the contract, and this amount will not be lower than 5, 000 Mg. This is an estimated quantity used to help prepare the offer, with 8, 000 Mg being the maximum quantity for collection and recovery, which the Ordering Party does not have to complete in full (minimum 5, 000 Mg).
