1. Waste collection will take place from the Regional Waste Recovery Center in Krona at ul. Biaobrzeska 108 in the amount of approximately 350 Mg of waste at irregular intervals, 2. The costs of transporting waste are borne by the Contractor.3. The costs of loading are borne by the Ordering Party.4. The Ordering Party reserves the right to transfer a smaller amount of waste than indicated above in the event of reasons beyond the Ordering Party's control (e.g. waste producers/suppliers transferring a smaller amount of waste to the Ordering Party, etc.), with the transferred waste will not be less than 200 Mg.
