The subject of the order is the collection and processing of waste code 19 12 12 - other waste (including mixed substances and objects) from mechanical waste treatment other than those mentioned in 19 12 11, arising from mixed municipal waste: 1) waste is generated at the Municipal Waste Management Plant in Adamki near Radzyń Podlaski Sp. z o. o. - installation in Biała 185b, 21-300 Radzyń Podlaski, as a result of sorting the over-sieve fraction (over 80 mm) separated from mixed municipal waste (waste with codes 20 03/01 and 20/01/99) on the sorting line after sorting material fractions suitable for recycling and reuse, i.e. metal, glass, paper, plastics and multi-material packaging; 2) waste is subjected to magnetic separation, not pneumatic separation; 3) the expected level of inclusions in waste marked with code 19 12 12 is: - metal - max 1% (these are small elements of non-ferrous metals), - glass - max 1% (small pieces of glass that, for various reasons, are not sifted out on the drum sieve); 4) the waste is baled by the Ordering Party on a baler white...
