Package B Collection and processing (disposal or recovery) of stabilized, dewatered municipal sewage sludge generated in the process of sewage treatment and sludge processing by the Contractor waste with code 19 08 05 from the premises of the Group Sewage Treatment Plant of the Łódź Urban Agglomeration and its transport to the processing site. Waste processing excluding: the recovery process specified as R10 in Annex No. 1 to the Waste Act of December 14, 2012 (Journal of Laws 2023, item 1587, as amended), i.e. processing on the earth's surface bringing benefits to agriculture or improving the environment; uses contained in Art. 96 section 1 of the Waste Act of December 14, 2012 (Journal of Laws 2023, item 1587 as amended).
