Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the successive collection and management of waste with code 20 02 01 - biodegradable waste, in a total estimated amount of up to 8, 000 Mg, divided into two parts of a maximum of 4, 000 Mg each. The waste will be transferred unshredded, in bulk, in bags foil. The Ordering Party divided the subject of the order into two separate partial orders: 1) Part No. 1 - successive collection and management of waste collected by the Contractor from the Ordering Party with the code 20 02 01 - biodegradable waste, in an amount of up to 4, 000 Mg. The ordering party guarantees implementation orders at a minimum of 50% of the estimated amount of waste, i.e.: - 2, 000 Mg of waste. The remaining part of the order will be implemented depending on the actual needs of the Ordering Party. If the maximum amount of waste is not used, the Contractor is not entitled to any claims in this respect. 2) Part No. 2 - successive collection and management of waste collected by the Contractor from the Ordering Party with code 20 02 01 - biodegradable waste, in an amount of up to 4, 000 Mg. The Ordering Party guarantees the execution of the order to a minimum extent of 50% of the estimated amount of waste, i.e.: - 2, 000 Mg of waste. The remaining part of the order will be implemented depending on the actual needs of the Ordering Party. If the maximum amount of waste is not used, the Contractor is not entitled to any claims in this respect.
