Tender Details

1. The subject of this order is a service consisting in the provision of waste management services (in the process of recovery or neutralization, in accordance with Annex No. 1 or Annex No. 2 to the Act of December 14, 2012 on waste) in the form of waste Kodzie 20 01 27* - Paints, inks, printing inks, glues, adhesives and resins containing hazardous substances, in an estimated amount of 35 Mg, approximately 5 Mg, one load, from one to two courses per month provided by the Ordering Party, together with their services successive collection/transport to the place of their development, in accordance with generally applicable laws, decisions and provisions contained in the contract. NOTE: The ordering party stipulates that the given quantity is an estimate, specifying the amount based on the ordering party's previous experience in the subject of the order, illustrating the possible scope of the subject of the order and which may be helpful at the stage of preparing the offer. However, the ordering party does not declare that the order will be fulfilled in full given amount of waste. The final amount of waste does not depend on the ordering party's forecasts.2.
