1. This agreement is a framework agreement within the meaning of Art. 311 section 1 of the Public Procurement Law and specifies the conditions for granting and implementation by The contractor for the service of collection and management of waste with code 19 12 12, hereinafter referred to as "the subject of the contract during the term of the contract on the basis of executive agreements. 2. Based on the framework agreement, waste with code 19 12 12 will be successively collected and managed from the following plants managed by the Ordering Party under implementing contracts in the estimated amount: Task 1 - 20, 000 Mg - total amount of waste to be collected during the term of the contract, Task 2 - 12, 000 Mg - total amount of waste to be collected during the term of the contract, Task 3 - 18, 000 Mg - total amount of waste to be collected during the term of the contract, Task 4 - 10, 000 Mg - total amount of waste to be collected during the term of the contract.
