The subject of the order is the successive collection, transport and management of waste in an amount of min. 4 000 Mg a max. 4, 500 Mg. with code 19 12 12 (oversize fraction 80 mm) produced in Zakład Gospodarki Odpadami Komunalne Sp. z o. o. in Rzędów. 2. Waste with code 19 12 12 (oversize fraction 80 mm), i.e. other waste (including mixed substances and items) from mechanical treatment of waste generated at the Municipal Waste Management Plant Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością in Rzędów. 3. The Ordering Party reserves that the specified amounts of waste are indicative and may change change, the Ordering Party guarantees the minimum amount of waste to be collected and managed at the level of: 4, 000 Mg 4. The Contractor will manage waste in accordance with applicable legal provisions. 5. Waste covered by this order should be transport and then manage in installations that have decisions allowing the processing of this waste in a manner consistent with applicable law. 6. Waste collection will be carried out using transport organized by the contractor i at his expense from the Municipal Waste Management Company Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością in Rzędów, also in respect of transport costs and insurance during transport and unloading to an authorized installation. ...
