1. Description of the subject of the order: The subject of the order is the collection from the premises of Miejskie Przedsiębiorstwo Gospodarki Komunlnej Sp. z o. o. in Tarnow, waste with code 19 12 12 generated as a result of manual dismantling of large-sized waste (hereinafter referred to as waste) along with the management of this waste. 1.1. The minimum guaranteed amount of waste (minimum guaranteed scope of the order), i.e. the amount of waste that the Contractor is obliged to collect from the Ordering Party as part of the execution of the order is 400 (Mg). 1.2. Maximum amount of waste (maximum possible scope of the order), i.e. the amount of waste The Contractor is obliged to collect from the Ordering Party as part of the execution of the order if the Ordering Party exercises the option right, in the situation described in point 1.3, is up to 1, 300 (Mg). 1.3. In the event that during the order execution period the Ordering Party's actual need for waste collection turns out to be larger than the planned minimum scope of the order in point 1.1, the Ordering Party, in accordance with Art. 441 PZP, provides for the possibility of exercising the option right to increase the minimum scope of the order to a maximum of the quantity indicated in point 1.2 (Maximum possible scope of the order), as the largest possible scope of the order, taking into account the option law.
