The subject of the order is the successive collection and management of waste code 19 12 12 - Other waste (including mixed substances and objects) from mechanical waste treatment other than those mentioned in 19 12 11, generated at the Waste Management Plant in Lulków. The offered waste management method must be consistent with: applicable legal provisions in this regard and recovery processes specified in Annex No. 1 to the Act of December 14, 2012 on waste (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1587, as amended). Estimated amount of waste that will be transferred to the Contractor in during the term of the contract, i.e. from the date of signing until December 31, 2026, will amount to 2, 000 Mg + 200 Mg (option right). The Ordering Party reserves the right to reduce the amount of waste planned for management, which does not result in withdrawal from the contract or change its conditions. The waste is produced in the process of processing large-size waste with code 20 03 07. Waste with code 19 12 12 may contain inclusions in the form of metals, glass, multi-material waste, plastics and wood.
