The subject of the order is the collection and transport for further management in waste recovery processes with code ex19 12 10 - waste flammable (alternative fuel) produced in the process of sorting separately collected packaging waste at ZZO Olszowa Sp. z o. o. based in Olszów, at the following address: Olszowa, ul. Bursztynowa 55, 63-600 Kępno. 2. The service should be provided in accordance with decisions held by the Contractor and with all generally applicable legal provisions, in particular: a) the Waste Act of December 14, 2012; b) Act of April 27, 2001, Environmental Protection Law. 3. Waste covered by this order should be transported and then managed in installations indicated by the Contractor which: a) have valid decisions to conduct waste recovery activities specified in Annex No. 1 to the Waste Act of December 14, 2012 in terms of waste code 19 12 10; b) they have the decisions/permits/entries in the appropriate registers required by law, authorizing the transport of waste with code 19 12 10; c) pose...
