COLLECTION AND MANAGEMENT OF SURPLUS BIODEGRADABLE WASTE WITH CODE 20 01 08 - BIODEGRADABLE KITCHEN WASTE from Zakład Gospodarki Odpadami S.A. in Bielsko-Biała The subject of the order is the successive collection and management of surplus waste code 20 01 08 - biodegradable kitchen waste from Zakład Gospodarki Odpadami S.A. in Bielsko-Biała. The subject of the order also includes the recovery of this waste in the R3 - R12 process, in accordance with Annex No. 1 to the Act of December 14, 2012. on waste (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1587, as amended). The method and place of management of the collected waste must be consistent with the applicable legal provisions, in particular with the requirements above the Waste Act and its implementing regulations. Waste o code 20 01 08 (biodegradable kitchen waste) will come from property owners located in Bielsko-Biała and communes of the Bielsko poviat. Waste collection will take place from Monday to Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m quantities previously indicated in the order sent by e-mail by the Ordering Party. Biodegradable waste will be collected from the premises of Zakład Gospodarki Odpadami S.A. in Bielsko-Biała, ul. Krakowska 315 d. Loading of waste is the responsibility of the Ordering Party. The weighing of waste collected by the Contractor will be carried out on the Employer's legalized scales and will be confirmed by a warehouse release document and a transfer card...
