Przedmiotem zamowienia jest świadczenie usługi polegającej na odbiorze, transporcie
i zagospodarowywaniu odpadow komunalnych pochodzących z nieruchomości,
na ktorych zamieszkują mieszkańcy na terenie gminy Rzgow (jednorodzinnych
i multi-family buildings), the area of real estate owned by the Rzgow Commune, the Selective Waste Collection Point and from pharmacy points located in the Rzgow Commune in a way that ensures achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods and limiting the mass of biodegradable municipal waste sent to landfill, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of September 13, 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 733) and implementing acts, as well as those valid at the time of implementation orders by records
