1) Order called "Collection and management of municipal waste from residential properties in the Ożarowice Commune in 2026-2028" includes:
a) Collection and management of unsegregated (mixed) and segregated municipal waste originating from residential properties located in the Ożarowice Commune, excluding waste related to running a business.
b) Collection and management of municipal waste segregated from a selective municipal waste collection point.
120 l, 240 l to collect waste unsegregated (mixed) and in containers with a capacity of 120 l, 240 l and/or bags for selective waste collection.
d) Equipping the selective municipal waste collection point with containers with a capacity of 120 l, 1100 l and containers with a capacity of 3 m3, 7 m3 for collecting municipal waste.
e) Organize at least once a year, collection of large-size waste in designated places for a given village in the form of a "action" or a tour of the entire commune with waste collection from outside the property.
f) Organizing a collection of textiles and clothing at least once a year, in the form of a tour of the entire commune with waste collection in front of the property.
The minimum guaranteed amount of waste corresponds to 70% of the maximum gross remuneration.
