1. The subject of the order is a service consisting in the collection, transport and management of municipal waste from property owners residing in the city of Lubaczów, collected in accordance with the provisions of the current Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Lubaczów Municipality, adopted by the Resolution of the City Council in Lubaczów. 2. The scope of the subject of the order includes: 1) Collection from all property owners residing in the commune of the generated and collected quantities of individual fractions of municipal waste, listed in section 2 point 1, letter A-D. A. Unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste (waste code: 20 03 01), collected in containers or bags. B.
