4.1. The subject of the contract is the provision of a service consisting in the collection and management of municipal waste from the real estate where residents of the Ostrowite Commune live and from the real estate where summer houses are located or other real estate used forrecreational and leisure purposes 4.2. The approximate amount of municipal waste that the Employer expects to be collected during the execution of the contract is approx. 2, 122.60 Mg. The above-mentioned amount of waste should be used to calculate the Contractor's price offer. The amount of waste provided by the Employerw are estimates. The Ordering Party does not guarantee the above. amount of waste during the term of the contract. The Contractor undertakes to collect and manage the actual and actual amount of waste.
