Tender Details

The subject of the order is the collection and management of municipal waste (including hazardous waste) from property owners located in the Łomża commune in accordance with the provisions of the regulations, WPGO, u.u.c.p.g. and the Waste Act. The scope of the order applies to all real estatehouses, summer houses or other properties used for recreational and leisure purposes, located in the Łomża commune, and uninhabited properties (including public places), where, in accordance with u.u.c.p.g. the ordering party is obliged to maintain cleanliness and order (i.e. among others real estate owned by the Łomża Commune, transport stops). The list of addresses of the properties from which waste will be collected (including properties where bio-waste is composted in home composters) will be provided by the Łomża Commune to the Contractor, who will receiveorder has been awarded, no later than one business day after signing the contract. The number of inhabited properties from which municipal waste will be collected may change during the execution of the Order. During the execution of the Order, the Ordering Party will provide the Contractor with the necessary informatione for the proper performance of the Agreement, in particular regarding changes in the number and location of residential properties subject to the obligation to collect waste. The contractor's obligation will be to execute the order taking into account the above changes within the offered contract execution amount.
