The subject of the order is the collection and management of municipal waste generated in the Lubanie commune in the period from January 1, 2027 to December 31, 2027,
The scope of the order includes:
1. Reception and development municipal waste from property owners living in single-family and multi-family buildings:
- mixed (unsegregated) waste collected in containers and bags, including waste segregation residues at the places of generation,
- waste collected separately according to division into: paper, glass, metals and plastics, bio-waste constituting municipal waste, ash collected in containers and bags at places of generation,
2. Collection and management of municipal waste from the PSZOK selective municipal waste collection point in Kucerz,
3. Delivery of selective bags collection, under the conditions described in the SWZ
