The contractor is obliged to have current environmental decisions required by law to conduct activities in the field processing waste with code 15 01 02 in the R3 recycling process (in accordance with Annex No. 1 to the Act of December 14, 2012 on waste (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1587, as amended), referred to in Article 27(2)(1) of the above-mentioned Act and has the BDO registration number. The Ordering Party after the end of each quarter, it will apply to the Contractor for documents confirming the recycling of packaging waste collected from the Ordering Party (DPR) or for documents confirming the export or intra-community delivery of packaging waste collected from the Ordering Party in order to recycle them (EDPR) in accordance with the Act of June 26, 2025 on packaging and packaging waste management (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 870, as amended). In the event of failure to provide the Ordering Party with the above documents on time specified by law, the Ordering Party reserves the right to charge contractual penalties.
