his project covers the controlled collection, extraction, transportation, and temporary stockpiling/sale of riverbed-deposited materials (boulders, gravel, sand and fines) from selected reaches of Deumai Khola within Ward No. 5 (Dovan). Works will be carried out to support local construction material demand while minimizing hydrological, ecological and social impacts. Activities include site preparation, material extraction using approved methods and equipment, erosion control, temporary access construction, monitoring, and final site restoration.
