Provision of comprehensive services for the management of municipal waste arising in the territory of the city of Litoměřice in accordance with generally binding legal regulations in the field of waste management, in particular the fulfillment of obligations also on behalf of the client, as a source of waste, which result from Act No. 541/2020 Coll., on waste, as amended, incl. relevant implementing regulations, especially Decree No. 273/2021 Coll., on the details of waste management, as amended, and the Waste Management Plan of the Usti Region. The subject of performance includes the provision of services and all related actions, works and activities in waste management when dealing with municipal waste incl. its disposal, in particular collection, collection, storage and removal or use of mixed municipal waste, collection, collection, sorting and storage and use of sorted components of municipal waste - sorted waste (paper and cardboard, glass, plastics with beverage cartons, metals, edible oil and fat) and biodegradable waste (bio-waste) placed in containers - dustbins, bags and containers for mixed and sorted waste and bio-waste (including underground containers and including containers (bins/containers) for buildings of the client's Municipal Office) on the territory contracting authority (City of Litoměřice).
Part of the supplier's performance is the ongoing provision for use (rental) of specified containers (trash bins and containers) for waste and delivery of waste bags, all according to the specifications of the client incl. renewal (replacement) of waste containers in case of destruction or damage above framework common...
