Email: Login to see tender_detailsLogin to see details Tender Details The Licensing and Control Agency requests your offer for the collection of benthic samples from rocky bottoms in accordance with the state monitoring program for inland waters (lakes and rivers), the taxonomic determination of the species, and the submission of information to the environmental administration to the benthic information system. The task is described in more detail in the draft contract attached to the request for tenders and in the linked method instructions that must be followed in the work. The samples to be determined under this contract are listed in the RFP in the appendix and the sample quantities are given in the criteria for the procurement object. This procurement mainly concerns samples taken in summer and autumn 2025 (some of the samples were taken in 2024). The samples were taken by the contract partners of the ELY centers, with whom the tests were carried out the contracts were transferred to the Licensing and Control Agency from the beginning of 2026. The procurement is divided into parts, which appear in the following sections of the tender request. On May 6, 2026, a new version of the benthic information system of the Finnish Environment Institute will be published, with the results the recording method changes. According to available information, after adopting the new recording method, the recording will be smoother than at present, i.e. the workload will not substantially increase.
