The Province is seeking a contractor to conduct a comprehensive analysis for the Collect Once Program aimed at unifying common data across diverse applications and platforms across the Province.The successful Proponent will confirm key objectives, program scope and guiding principles in order to develop a completed Program implementation plan, which aligns with the Province-s requirements. The requirements and deliverables for each phase of the Project are set out in Appendix B (Services) to this RFP, including milestone due dates.The completed implementation plan will allow the Province to iteratively and consistently implement the Program with a focus on generating value and addressing business needs for departments of the Province.
