Infrastructure Ontario (IO) requires advisory support to assist project teams in fostering effective collaboration and integrated working relationships during the procurement and implementation of projects delivered under various delivery models, consistent with IO-s integrated and collaborative approach to capital delivery.The collaborative and behavioural advisor is relied upon as a key support in the continued evolution of procurement and contractual approaches toward an integrated partnership with bidding vendors.As such, IO is looking to establish Standing Offer Agreements (each an “SOA”) with Qualified Respondents to facilitate an efficient and effective engagement for advisory services to support specific projects undertaken by IO, through a range of procurement delivery models including P3, alliance contracting, progressive design-build, and Integrated Project Delivery (“IPD”). The extent of the collaborative and behavioural advisor-s role will vary as appropriate to the delivery model and project type.Engagement on a specific project will be solicited through a Call-Up that will provide specifics on the third-party advisory support required for that particular project. Qualified Respondents will submit a response to the Call-Up pursuant to the SOA.
