The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of mineral and asphalt mass for cold use, with a grain size of 0 to 8 mm (according to the test method contained in the PN-EN 12697-2 standard), which is a mixture of crushed natural aggregate, asphalt and a modifying additive with black, intended for partial renovations on roads, in an amount of 50 tons. Requirements: 1) The mixture must ensure: - possibility of use at ambient temperatures from -10 degrees C to 30 degrees C, - possibility of year-round use on dry and wet surfaces, - quick and lasting repairs of bituminous surfaces using it (prepared for direct use from the packaging) and creates excellent adhesion to the surface and filling of gaps; - possibility of allowing the repaired surface to be used for normal vehicle traffic immediately after repair, without the need to limit the speed of vehicles and the load capacity of the road.2) The mixture is to be delivered in tight plastic packaging (e.g. bags) of 25 to 30 kg and stacked on disposable, non-returnable pallets, the price of the pallets is included in the price by weight.3) Deliveries will be made successively, according to the needs of the Ordering Party reported by phone or via...
