VA Connecticut Healthcare Systems (VACHS), West Haven Campus, requires water chemical treatment for the Cogen absorber cooling tower. VACHS, West Haven requires the contractor to provide services for all labor, materials, transportation, and expertise necessary for consistent chemical treatment to meet VA requirements for plant operation and efficiency during the cooling season.
