The acquisition will contribute to a good working environment, efficient operations, and support UDI's strategy for sustainability and resource utilization. The procurement will cover UDI's head office in Valle, National Arrivals Center and it contains an option for the regional offices (North, South, East, West, Midt). The procurement is carried out as an open tender. Important updates from the previously announced competition: - Clause 4 in the contract - New contract duration: 2+1+1 years - Clause 5.6 in the contract - Increased notice period from 60 to 90 days - Clause 9 in the contract - New price regulation mechanism: The price of coffee beans and tea can be adjusted every 6 months according to the SSB SITC07 index.
