As part of its project to support the development of the role of Parliament in the consolidation of democracy in Morocco, financed by the European Union, the Council of Europe wishes to create a MEDIA-BOX.
It will offer the following functionalities:
• recording of interviews andt their streaming broadcast.
• Use in hybrid mode through the use of virtual meeting software
• Media post-production
• Local storage and archiving on a computer server.
