Code: NMV MCT 2018 The subject of the public procurement contract is the successive supply of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for resale at the caf and at events whose organizer or co-organizer is the contracting authority. The NMV subject is divided into beverage sets: The tenderer may submit an offer for each lot, lots or all the sets of goods to be invoked. In the event that the bidder submits an offer for the Miscellaneous item, it submits a bid for a particular product (the selection criterion is not the value of the lot, but the value of each product). In the event that the bidder submits a tender for several lots, his bid must be submittedwhen it can be evaluated by individual tendered lots. The maximum number of lots for which the tenderer can tender is 5.
