Description : Please submit a quotation for ditch cleaning services upon a State parcel, vicinity of the Thrift Store and Kuamoo Road in Kapaa, Kauai, Tax Map Key: (4) 4-1-004:022. Project will include cleaning and clearing of drainage ditch and removal of all debris. No machinery will be allowed, and all clearing is to be done by hand. Winning bidder must coordinate with the Burial Council prior to commencing plans to clear the ditch.
