The City requires information on an ERP Solution capable of streamlining and modernising its core business processes.The Solution may consist of a single integrated system or multiple interconnected systems.Respondents shall provide comprehensive information on the Solution's capabilities, functions and pricing structure while addressing how the Solution can be achieved through various implementation approaches.Through this process we are also seeking information on deployment models, implementation approaches, licensing structures, and the total cost of ownership for the proposed Solution.The City values innovation and encourages Respondents to outline any unique approaches relevant to our environment in local government that could add value and streamline operations.The City is in the early stages of decision-making and is looking to better understand the landscape of potential solutions.As a result, the Statement of Requirements (SOR) outlined is currently at a high level, with the intent to refine and narrow these requirements at the time of procurement.This RFI is intended to support market research and assist in shaping the subsequent procurement process by identifying market capabilities, innovations, and implementation strategies.
