An overview of our requirements is outlined below. More details and Proposal submission requirements can be found in the RFSO Main Document. We are looking to build a roster of coaches to provide leadership coaching support services to our leadership team. As part of CDA-AMC-s commitment to leadership development, it has been our practice to provide confidential coaching support to selected executive leadership and management team members. Coaching sessions are intended to support applied, on-the-job learning and leader-to-leader interaction, giving these employees practical takeaways that can be applied to their everyday work. As a component of the leadership development at CDA-AMC, coaching is a critical tool for developing leaders at all levels to fulfill their potential and solve complex challenges.From new managers to executive leaders, the coach is expected to work with each program participant and their manager on development goals to support CDA-AMC-s Strategic Business Objectives. Coaching is an integrated component of our existing Leadership Academy, which includes asynchronous learning (through our LMS) and synchronous learning (through leadership retreats).
