CO2 laser for the Women's Clinic at Helse Stavanger HF Open tender competition in accordance with the Act on Public Procurement and Regulations on Public Procurement Part I and Part II. The purpose of the procurement is to enter into a purchase agreement for the purchase of 1 pc. complete CO2 laser to The women's clinic at Helse Stavanger HF including scanner(s) and handpiece(s) necessary for intended use. In addition, an option for the following must be offered: - Service, cf. Appendix 9 - Overview of service levels - Service course - Smoke extraction - Micromanipulator - Adapter for colposcopes - E-learning program - Other life cycle costs (wear parts/spare parts/maintenance parts/service kit if necessary). The smoke extraction option must be valid for 4 years. Other options must be valid as long as the laser is in use. The options can be price adjusted according to point 4.2 of the purchase agreement. The laser is to be used for the treatment of premalignant lesions in the abdomen, Vulva Intraepithelial Neoplasia (VIN2 and 3), as well as some treatment-resistant benign condylomas. The laser must meet treatment needs as per specifications i international guidelines, cf. ACOG: Management of Vulvar Intraepithelial Neoplasia | ACOG, where power density (750-1, 250 W/cm2) is recommended, and be adapted for use in gynaecology.
